Sprawling pine savannah borders scenic fields to create an outdoor experience like no other. Backed by the serene waters of the Appomattox River and dotted with pristine ponds, The Fleming Preserve offers unique, challenging upland hunts along with a range of other outdoor pursuits. Hunt with expertly trained dogs and seasoned guides before retiring to the lodge for hospitality, southern fare, and libations, all sourced locally from the region.

Wingshooting

Our distinct hunting courses traverse historic pine woods, water crossings, and expansive open fields, offering a sporting challenge to all hunters.

Corporate

Good company is the best part of any hunt; our corporate packages are structured to provide high adventure at a leisurely pace, all while enjoying full amenities.

Equestrian

With over 40 miles of maintained trails on the grounds, explore The Fleming Preserve on horseback. Light refreshments are offered, including access to the hunt lodge.

  • We offer a variety of hunt options. Includes 4 hunters.

    • Half Day Morning -Includes light breakfast/coffee, warm up skeet shooting, approximately 3 hours of hunting and a catered lunch with open bar: $2,000

    • Half Day Afternoon -Includes light refreshments, warm up skeet shooting, approximately 3 hours of hunting and heavy hors d'oeuvres with open bar: $2,000

    • Half Day Dinner -Includes light refreshments, warm up skeet shooting, approximately 3 hours of hunting and a gourmet dinner with open bar: $2,250

    • Full Day Appetizers -Includes light breakfast/coffee, warm up skeet shooting, approximately 3 hours of hunting, catered lunch, 3 more hours of hunting, and heavy hors d'oeuvres with open bar: $3,500

    • Full Day Dinner -Includes light breakfast/coffee, warm up skeet shooting, approximately 3 hours of hunting, catered lunch, 3 more hours of hunting, and a gourmet dinner with open bar: $3,750

    • Full Day Half Hunt- Full day access to the property but only an am or pm hunt. Clients may choose from list of activities for the remaining time: $3,000

  • Unguided Hunts are available for experienced hunters and Preserve Members. Includes 4 hunters.

    • Unguided Hunt, No Meals- Includes birds and access to facilities: $750

    • Unguided Hunt, With Meals- Includes refreshments, hunting & lunch or heavy hors d'oeuvres: $1,250

  • We offer a variety of membership options including guided and unguided hunts. Single member.

    • Guided Membership 3- Includes 3 half day hunts (no meals): $5,000

    • Guided Membership 6- Includes 6 half day hunts (no meals): $9,500

    • Guided Membership 10- Includes 10 half day hunts (no meals): $15,000

    • Unguided Membership- Includes access to property and birds for 5 occasions (No Meals): $3,000

    • Unguided Membership - Includes access to property, birds, and meals for 5 occasions: $5,000
