Sprawling pine and hardwoods border scenic fields to create an outdoor experience like no other. Backed by the serene waters of the Appomattox River and dotted with pristine ponds, The Fleming Preserve offers unique, challenging upland hunts along with a range of other outdoor pursuits. Hunt with expertly trained dogs and seasoned guides before retiring to the lodge for hospitality, southern fare, and libations, all sourced locally from the region.

Wingshooting

Our distinct hunting courses traverse historic pine woods, water crossings, and expansive open fields, offering a sporting challenge to all hunters.

Corporate

Good company is the best part of any hunt; our corporate packages are structured to provide high adventure at a leisurely pace, all while enjoying full amenities.

Equestrian

With over 40 miles of maintained trails on the grounds, explore The Fleming Preserve on horseback. Light refreshments are offered, including access to the hunt lodge.

  • We offer a variety of hunt options, tailored to fit your group’s requests. Meals, refreshments, and hunt experience can all be customized by request. Includes 4 hunters.

    Standard - $2,000 – 9 am-4 pm

    Leisurely morning with a welcome breakfast, warm-up shooting, 3 hours of hunting, relax back at the lodge with heavy apps and refreshments. 

    Field Lunch & Dinner - $2,500 – 9 am-8 pm

    Slow morning with light breakfast and warm up shooting, morning and afternoon hunts with lunch in the field or the lodge, light apps and downtime, plated dinner and refreshments.

    All Day Dinner - $3,000 – 7 am-9 pm

    Early morning start with breakfast, warm up shooting, full morning hunt, field/lodge lunch, full afternoon hunt, light apps and downtime, plated dinner and drinks.

    All Day with Lodging - $4,000

    Same as above, but also includes lodging either the night before or the night after.

  • Unguided Hunts are available for experienced hunters and Preserve Members.

    Half Day for 2 - $600

    Welcome coffee and danish, 3 hour hunt, light refreshments after.

    Half Day for 4 - $750

    Welcome coffee and danish, 3 hour hunt, light refreshments after.

    Full Day for 4 - $1,300

    Light breakfast, up to five hour hunt, light apps and beverages at the lodge.

    Full Day for 4 – Field Lunch - $1,600
